Full-Time Reception Position at Distinction Hotel
 
We are looking for a Receptionist to be the smiling face on our front desk, and the friendly voice our clients hear on the phone.

You will be responsible for:

 
  • Customer service to all hotel guests.
  • Handling a smooth and friendly check-in and check-out process.
  • Online, phone and e-mail reservations.
  • Processing payments and end of day cash up.
 
 
We are looking for someone with:

 
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
  • A positive, ‘can do’ attitude and adaptable approach.
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
 
 
You must be a team player, but confident working sole charge. Your communication skills must be outstanding and a strong command of written and verbal English is required. The hours of work are varied as you will be working rostered shifts. You must be available to work public holidays and weekends.
