Experienced Care Coordinator (Residential) - Australia

RNS Nursing are looking for an experienced Care Coordinator (Residential) for our client based in Bundaberg, Queensland, Australia. This key role is responsible for ensuring high quality of care for residents through the provision of clinical leadership and supervision to care teams.

Bundaberg is a progressive cosmopolitan city, just four hours north of Brisbane. Situated at the southern tip of the Great Barrier Reef, and enjoying a wonderful climate, Bundaberg is a provincial hub renowned for the friendliness of its residents and a genuinely affordable cost of living.

To secure this position, you must be a Registered Nurse with recent management experience within an Aged or Community care environment. You must also have excellent problem solving skills, and be a great communicator. You must also have (or be willing to obtain) Australian nurse registration and be prepared to obtain a Federal Police Clearance.
