Overhead Line Mechanic Supervisor / Aerial Supervisor

Reporting to the Distribution Manager this leadership role is responsible for leading the specialist aerial lines and distribution construction team. The role requires an individual with strong and proven lines construction experience gained over several years working as a line mechanic or faults man. As well as technical overhead construction expertise, the successful applicant will have natural leadership skills and the ability to effectively organise the teams under them to best meet the needs of the business and Netcon's customers.

Both the aerial team has approximately twenty staff and the Construction Supervisor will act as the key link between the crews and the Distribution Manager. We require a pro-active and well-organised approach from an individual with the aptitude to understand the technical duties of the team and manage these in conjunction with the need to effectively control resources and budgets whilst, at all times, maintaining an excellent service to customers.
