Clerk (Supply Chain Storeperson)

We are seeking an enthusiastic detail conscious person to join our team. Operating within the teams own guidelines and processes, you would be responsible for ensuring that the Wards allocated to you are holding sufficient stocks on a day to day basis.

Your responsibilities would include:

¨ Daily bin checking within wards and re-ordering using portable data entry equipment.

¨ Collecting delivered stocks, and transporting into your allocated wards.

¨ Unpacking, checking off, and binning to individual item level.

¨ Stock counting on a cyclic basis.

¨ Regularly re-assessing stock levels and resetting these in the scanning system.

¨ Communicating daily with clinical staff and liaising unusual stock movements.

You would be providing a supply chain service that spans from setting the product holding levels, through ordering, receiving, transporting to the ward, and unpacking and binning. These activities are performed independently but with the support of a Team Leader and the other team members performing the same functions.
