The Legal Team is part of the core Business Affairs Department. Because this is a highly complex and dynamic organisation with variable needs of international distributors, it's imperative that your relationship building skills are superb, along with your analytical, technical, commercial and pragmatic strengths.

Reporting directly to the General Counsel in this exhilarating role, depending on your talents you may cover a number of areas. Very useful to have you hitting the ground running would be experience in one or more - general corporate and commercial, intellectual property, corporate governance, digital media, music licensing, contractual, M&A... You may even come from working on the contentious side of legal practice. As you can see, this highly diverse role means you'll need to be flexible, very smart and quick at learning areas new to you.
