Accounts Administrator
Hugely successful, this privately owned engineering company has a very busy calendar!

As one of two administration staff supporting a lively and very hard-working team of engineers, you'll enjoy a good deal of variety and responsibility. The role will involve:
  • Complete monthly accounts and management reporting
  • Payroll
  • Preparation of proposals
  • Booking jobs and preparing job documentation
  • General office administration including assisting with reception
You'll be an enthusiastic team player with loads of initiative, a can-do approach and a lively sense of humour! Naturally you will need sound accounts and payroll experience along with well rounded administration and computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel. Your phone manner and communication skills must be impeccable. As this is a male dominated technical industry, you will need to be comfortable in a fairly down-to-earth environment!
