This is an exceptional opportunity to utilise your superior commercial property experience to the full and rise up in one of Auckland's most sought after practices. Part of the work volume is there for you. It is however of great importance to the partnership for their long term planning that your strong commerciality is evident. This means that you will need to demonstrate you already have developed part of a client base or be able to show that you have strong business development skills.
You'll be situated in the heart of Auckland's CBD when joining this highly regarded and very functional practice. Their commercial property team has access to a steady stream of quality work, and wants to secure its ongoing success with another strong talent added to the frame. You will need to develop your own practice within this framework.
This role would ideally suit:
  • An astute property lawyer with great commerciality and business development skills;
  • Superb technical ability;
  • A person who is confident and comfortable in dealing with clients and other professionals;
  • You'll likely be a senior or associate already and want a place where you can happily develop to partnership;
You'll no doubt enjoy the full involvement you'll have working with a very interesting and varied sets of instructions. You'll also love the ability to develop your own base in a focused and supported way.
