Outage Manager

Dispatcher required for extremely busy inner city call centre.

• Do you have experience in dispatching servicemen
• Used to opening and closing work orders?
• Have you worked within the Utilities industry?

• Do you have flexibly within your working hours?

If you answered YES to all of the above then we want to hear from you. This is an ongoing temporary assignment with one of our clients. You will join the team in co-ordinating the link between utilities network companies and the callcentre. Ensuring fault procedures and field staff are efficiently sent and communicated to outages within NZ.

You will be working with many of the countries leading electricity, gas and water providers, so a strong focus on the utilities industry is an advantage. The hours involve full rotational shift work and you will need to be able to commit to the first 4 weeks working 10:30 pm to 6:30 a.m. Monday night to Saturday morning and you will be trained by our most experienced rep.
