Urgent - Lead Test Analyst - 3 Month Plus Contract

URGENT - 3 month contract for a Test Lead - start asap, city fringe, Finance sector,
International Brand

I am looking for the following experience:

At least 5-10 years test analyst experience including time/number of projects as
lead test analyst
BA experience would be a bonus
Finance systems (loans and leases, from origination through to settlement and all
points in between)


Skills i am looking for:

Ability to work from specs and other system documents to design testing scenarios
and test cases, test scripts and test execution
Able to communicate with developers/vendors and business alike.
Ability to lead and mentor a team of experienced and inexperienced test analysts
Ability to represent the testing team within the project (as a 'stream lead')
Ability to project manage the testing piece, plan test schedules and manage defects
Sound knowledge of test principles and capable of ensuring the most appropriate and
efficient approach is taken and ensure that everything is documented


Your responsibilities will include:

Liaise with vendor/developers and business alike
Design, document and execute tests
Lead a small team of test analysts
Report to project manager
Plan/schedule workload for test team
