Are you an experienced paralegal / legal assistant looking to become a valued part of a friendly, highly regarded team that is dedicated to achieving exceptional outcomes for it clients?

You will be a highly motivated paralegal/administrator who is keen to develop their career in a collaborative and caring team environment. Due to the nature of the work you should demonstrate the ability work autonomously and unsupervised. The team are highly successful and always looking  for ways to improve. You will be rewarded by working with a great and down to earth team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Running files autonomously from start to finish
  • Preparation of contracts, editing contracts, preparation of letters
  • File management
  • Drafting, amending, formatting and proof-reading of documents
  • Dealing with Clients and Solicitors
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies


The ideal candidate will:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach with a good work ethic
  • Fast and accurate typing and developed MS Office skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent organisational, time management and administration/PA skills
  • High attention to detail
