Job Description:

We represent a large, complex organisation in the health sector, who now have an exciting opportunity for a Support Analyst on a 12mth fixed term contract. This is an ideal opportunity to fully utilise your system administration experience working in an organisation that is supporting better healthcare in our communities.

Your duties as a Support Analyst will include: 

  • Ensuring that the system setup and data integrity supports the provision of a timely and accurate service
  • Developing a working knowledge of inter-related systems
  • Maintaining proactive and constructive relationships with customers/partners
  • Participating in the upgrade and enhancement of existing capability (through process efficiency, application utilisation and automation improvements)

 You should demonstrate:

  • A tertiary qualification in IT or Business
  • Minimum of 2 years current demonstrated experience in an analysis / support role, and a good understanding of relevant business process using Oracle e-Business Suite
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Well developed numeracy and literacy skills
  • Experience in developing formal documentation such as System administration manuals, Document Change Control etc
