Job Description:

An excellent opportunity has arisen to utilise your extensive commercial property management experience managing a large portfolio of properties both leased to this organisation and also leased from this organisation to other companies.

This is a busy role where no two days are the same.  You will get to utilise your strong organisational skills liaising with a wide variety of people.

Duties include:

  • Managing properties leased to this organisation and also leased from this organisation to other parties.
  • Keeping the assets register up to date
  • Organising site visits and tours
  • Preparing reports, business cases and budget forecasting
  • Approving contractor invoices
  • Attending project and site meetings
  • Sorting out any property related issues
  • Other adhoc duties as they arise

To be considered for this position you will ideally have the following:

  • A property management or related business degree
  • Previous Commercial property management experience
  • Experience working within a large complex organisation
  • A good customer focus
  • Advanced MS Office
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to solve problems
