The Role

  • Within the wider Print industry / manufacturing - this role is client centric as you will build relationships and be the key contact for day to day dealings with Key Clients.  
  • As large and often corporate clients, they expect regular precise reports, and as such this role requires you to use Excel to an intermediate level to both input (including formula's) and analyse/read data and provide forecasting.
  • Managing jobs end to end - means you will have constant contact with your internal team.  From the Sales Director & AM's to designers, estimators, schedulers, production, and dispatch - therefore ensuring each job is top quality, on-spec and on-time.  You will also of course manage your client's expectations.
  • This role with have you doing the fun jobs, such as coordinating and organising events including tradeshows, industry events, staff functions etc.  At times you will need to put other hats on - such as covering Reception or going to see clients with an Account Manager or the Sales Director.

About you

  • Efficient, incredibly well organised and highly productive - you embrace new technology and systems and look to improve efficiencies and systems where-ever possible.
  • You enjoy the print industry - be it from packaging, labels, sign & display or similar. 
  • You are an professional, clear and confident communicator, both by email and by telephone and person.  You must speak English "as if" first language.
  • Analytical and methodical - you enjoy being super busy, while not getting flustered when priorities have to change instantaneously.  
  • You must be an expert on Microsoft Office and CRM systems. It is also ideal that you come from manufacturing - but a print broker administration and CSR background would also be highly regarded.
  • You know you would enjoy working within a youthful, high energy and social sales team.
  •  Personable, engaging, self-motivated and a team player.  You will be sharing an open space with others so it is essential you are indeed a "people person"!
