Job Description:

As the first point of contact for the customer, you will be taking inbound calls from new and existing customers. This company has a strong customer service focus, and going the extra mile will be key in this role.

Ideally you will have the following experience:

  • Customer service experience in either a face-to-face or over the phone environment
  • Ability to build rapport easily with customers from the initial point of contact
  • Ability to work with multiple systems

Your shifts are 37.5hours per week, anytime from 8am-8pm Monday-Friday, and you will know 4 weeks in advance what your month will look like. It's rotational so everyone gets a fair chance to enjoy either an early finish or a later start week by week. You will also work one Saturday every six weeks, and only 2 Sundays per year, between the times of 8am - 6pm.

What we are looking for:

  • A clear criminal and credit history - this is a must
  • A driven and motivated attitude, with the willingness to help others
  • Great loyalty and tenure in your previous positions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • New Zealand Residency or Citizenship
