A New Home Sales Consultant is required to maximise and develop a strong pipe line of New Build Homes in a booming marketplace!
Our client is a prominent new home builder who prides themselves on delivering high quality and competitively priced priced homes. They are currently experiencing major growth and a strong pipeline of work for 20117 and therefore require a New Homes Consultant.
You will manage and ensure a smooth journey for the customer from enquiry through to close of sale, therefore being proactive and having attention to detail are imperative. Identification of target Residential market opportunities and creating self generated appointments as well as the design and presentation of correct packages for target consumers whilst optimising cross-selling opportunities will be key responsibilities. Due to the companies position in the market there are a also a large percentage of warm leads to also capitalise on.
The desired New Homes Sales Consultant will have a wealthy of knowledge of the residential development sector.
The remuneration will be incredibly competitive for someone with a hunters mentality and the in-depth knowledge that our client requires.
