In terms of their offices in New Market, which are handy to a range of public transport options, think noise, atmosphere, healthy competition between team mates and plenty of spot prizes and cheers when sales are made!
You will be following up on warm leads generated from either the leads generation team or from website enquiries, which means no cold calling!
But you will need to have informative and fruitful conversations with these prospectus customers (which will be easy with your next level rapport building and communication skills) resulting in sales, sales and more sales!
If you can do the above, then you will be paid not only your base salary BUT one of the best uncapped commission structures around - Trust me, you don't want to miss this!
You will be working 37.5 hours a week which will be between 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday, with the evenings and weekends free to enjoy to your hearts content!
These roles have a start date of either January the 16th of 23rd - what a great way to start the new year after a relaxing summer break.
A successful Agent will be/have:
- Sales experience - either phone based or face to face
- Have worked to targets before - and smashed them out of the park!
- Looking for a financially rewarding role and enjoy earning commission
- Enjoy a bit of healthy competition in an upbeat environment
- Very clear communication skills with the ability to connect with a range of people
