Job Description:

We have a requirement for a hands on Business Performance and Planning Manager for a 3 month contract starting late January, early February. This is a senior role where you will be providing leadership with implementing strategy through business planning and performance accountability frameworks. You will be able to hit the ground running and be responsible for coordinating business planning cycles, performance analysis and non-financial reporting, developing and delivering key accountability documents and managing key internal and external relationships.

This role is about providing comprehensive, innovative and high quality advice to leadership and business units and conceptual and analytical support on complex issues. You will be a very good networker and be able to liaise with senior management, you will be politically aware and have some public sector experience but will have to be a very commercial and strategic operator. You will have a track record of working at a senior level in Business Performance and Planning in large organisations to be successful in this role.
