Our Ecoliving® range has expanded over the years to include New Zealand made Trellis, Fence Panels, Lifestyle Furniture, Garden Products, Farm Gates, Garden Sheds and Animal Shelters.
Based at our Ecoliving yard (Poutama Street, Richmond), your main duties will include leading our small production team as well as working on the tools to produce these products, ensuring production and quality plans are met. You will also assist the manager with planning and product development.
Ideally you will have some previous experience supervising or leading a team as well as (preferably but not essential) a manufacturing background e.g. joinery or carpentry.
You will also need to be:
- Computer savvy.
- Highly motivated and driven, with an ability to focus on and achieve the results required
- Able to work with and lead a small team
- Able to manage your time/punctuality
- Committed to safe work practices
- Someone who pays attention to detail
- A clear communicator.
Hours of work for this role are Monday to Friday 7am to 4.30pm
