Due to continued growth they are now looking for a Customer Administrator to come on board and join their team in South Auckland.

Description

In this exciting new role you will deliver a high level of customer service which will be maintained in order to comply with the Organisation's top-ranking customer satisfaction levels. You will contribute to continuous improvement and implementation of new & existing practices and processes.

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Contributing to Sales and Processing order enquiries
  • Managing all customer enquiries regarding costings/products & recommendations
  • Delivering exceptional Customer Service ensuring customer retention levels
  • Coordinate follow ups for orders - processing, dispatching & delivery times
  • Liaising with Inventory/ Warehouse/Purchasing/Sales & Stock Control departments
  • Operating the Returns function while ensuring all documentation is correct

Profile

The ideal candidate will need:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • A positive team player attitude
  • Superior organisational and planning skills
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Computer literacy and keyboard skills
  • Motivation, Enthusiasm and reliability
  • Sound oral and written communication skills
  • Creativity and problem solving skills
