We represent a well established NZ business based in Greenlane who have an immediate requirement for a part time temporary Accounts Payable.

Working 25hrs per week over 5 days your duties will include:

  • Processing invoices in a timely manner
  • Processing domestic and international payments
  • Monthly staff expenses
  • Monitoring the coding of Invoices and ensuring they are accurate
  • Preparing Credit Card & Expense claim analysis for Financial Controller Monthly
  • Preparing payment forecasts for the Financial Controller
  • Processing Refunds
  • Stationery Ordering
  • Other adhoc duties as required
