Essentially you would describe us as  Generalist Recruiters. Our consultants  are given the freedom to work to their strengths and across areas where they have carved a niche. Some work predominantly on sales positions,  some specialise in Print and manufacturing roles,  or in the Technology / I.T space, while others do a little bit of everything. Our team are all ''Recruitment Lifers". We love what we do and can't imagine doing anything else. We are self-driven, focused and hard working. (But still with a decent amount of work / life balance). We are small enough to be free from the constraints of large corporate ideals, flexible in our approach and we work towards creating full recruitment solutions to suit the needs of our clients.  Our clients enjoy first rate service and in return we achieve loyalty.

You will already have carved out a career in recruitment and know what needs to be done to create your own success. You have become a trusted link in your clients hiring strategy and have the same "Clients for life" ethos we work towards.

While there will be plenty of support and excellent systems, we are looking for some who is self-managing and doesn't need constant motivation.  You will have well established client relationships and will happily supplement these by new business development. You are active in the market and proactive when it comes to delivering on expectations. You will still have the competitive streak and are not satisfied by being average.

It is important for us to find a like-minded person, who is committed to do the very best for their clients and candidates and is dedicated to a long term recruitment career.

We are open to what industry sector you enjoy recruiting in, but an extra bonus (for us) would be for those experienced in the Sales and Marketing recruitment space.
