Job Description:

Our Wellington Branch is a year old and looks forward to an experienced and successful Branch Manager to come in and continue taking the business forward. The composite branch will have Foreign Exchange and Travel related services. Career prospects for motivated and results focused managers within the foreign exchange market are genuinely outstanding.

As a focused Leader you will be recognised for career achievements in developing exceptional sales and customer service. Including a mix of people management, sales and marketing activities, managing customer relationships and operational responsibilities. your team will look to you for support and guidance, giving you the opportunity to influence and encourage change.

Captivating customers with your charismatic style you'll be well thought of in your community as an approachable figure head and someone who meets and exceeds expectations. You'll bring to the table strong analytical and operational skills and understanding of business drivers including performance and be well versed at change management. 

Compelling achievements in maintaining and building exceptional customer relationships will be imperative to your success, as is the ability to persevere in a highly competitive industry. You must have worked in a standalone management role where you made confident business decisions and were responsible for driving the business forward. Foreign exchange knowledge and money handling experience is essential.
