Diploma in Human Resource ManagementThe programme enables students to gain the knowledge and skills to effectively manage people in organisations. What will the programme cover? The Diploma in Human Resource Management comprises six papers and uses particular papers from the New Zealand Diploma in Business (NZ Dip Bus). This is a local Aoraki Polytechnic qualification and is run in conjunction with the NZ Dip Bus programme. It may be studied full-time over one year or part-time over an unspecified time. Each paper involves four hours of tuition per week over a period of 17 weeks. There are voluntary workshop tutorials each week. Employment options This programme has been designed to provide students with a range of specialised knowledge and skills appropriate to the needs of a practising human resources manager.
